Hello,
I keep losing tons of HDD space on my Acer laptop (running Vista) and today I noticed I'm at 98% full on the C drive (after running CCleaner) without installing anything! I ran WinDirStat and see that winsxs is 55.5% of the drive, which is small to begin with. What can I do to help my computer to stop losing what little space I have? I saw that running compcln.exe is one possibility and the Windows installer cleanup utility is another (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301) but I'm unsure whats safe or not so I thought I'd ask first.

Thank you for your help!
