My problem is my sisters puter shows connected but will not pull up internet explorer.. I brought the puter over and hooked it up to my cable and it worked.. Verizon was out and she has 2 ethernet cards installed and said it was not in their lines and must be in the puter.. tested the modem and said it was ok.. she's been using verizon for a couple of months now and just all of a sudden the problem started...
she's using zone alarm and avg.... anyone have any idea? all i know is the local internet connection is up to #4 and #5... here's what's on my puter
