Help overclocking CPU+GPU

Hello,

I upgraded my computer about 6 months ago with the help from rshaffer61 with the intention of overclocking my CPU and GPU. I did some reading on the topic then but never attempted OC'ing the CPU, although I did have a shot at the GPU. I am just wondering if some one can help me step by step to over clock my CPU as I believe I can do this through the BIOS but I just want to be sure I am doing it right as to not fry my computer.

My system specs are :

Vista 32bit
ASUS P5N-E SLI
9800GT
e7400
Antrix 650w (psu)
3GB 2-6400 800mhz Kingston ram (3x1GB)
