Please Go to
1: STARTand the click on RUN
2: Type in devmgmt.msc
3: Click Enter

To do a screenshot please have click on your Print Screen on your keyboard. It is normally the key above your number pad between the F12 key and the Scroll Lock key
Now go to Start and then to All Programs
Scroll to Accessories and then click on Paint
In the Empty White Area click and hold the CTRL key and then click the V
Go to the File option at the top and click on Save as
Save as file type JPEG and save it to your Desktop

Click on Add Reply instead of Fast Reply
Now type in your message and then below the text window to the right you will see a button marked Browse
Click that and then find the Screenshot you just saved.
Once you have it in the Browse window then click the Upload button to the right of that.
You will then see a message statingUpload successful and is available from the 'Manage Current Attachments' menu
Scroll down alittle and you will see the button marked Add Reply. Click it and you message along with the screenshot should now be posted.

Nope you are doing it correctly. Did you save the file as a jpg or a bmp?
The first is usually what we use as it compresses more and normally will upload with no problem. If you can't get it to work do you have a photobucket account or a mediafire account?
If your attachment is to big to attach then go to Mediafire .
Register and upload your file.
Then reply with the link located to the right of your now uploaded file on Mediafire

The link would be just to the right of the file after it uploaded. It would be the link you post here so I could get to the file.

Click on the copy link on mediafire. Then type your reply and then right click and paste the link in the reply. That should put it as a clickable link for me to get.
