Centrino Chip questions

ok i have a Centrino Chip in my laptop(wish i didnt), and i was thinking "could i make a usb flash drive + Centrino Chip work together to act like a wireless card", so i can use monitor mode??????(sorry about any gramer of spelling mistakes)
