Can't view video of CBS Survivor

I tried to view the video of Russell on the red carpet, after last nights show.
The commercial preceding the interview plays flawlessly, even giving me an option to download that video.
When the interview starts it is so choppy it is unviewable.
I don't have a super fast connection....
I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest flash player and no help.
I use Firefox, but i tried IE the same deal.
I have tried all settings on Flash player
Is there a way to download the video?

it could be the fact that everyone else was also wanting to watch the video at the same time (or at least enough to cause issues on the CBS server)...or people were looking at some other video on their server. have you tried watching it again at a different time to see if it gets better?
