Hi,

I using AMD Athlon 3000+, asus mb, 512mb ram, bsnl modem(utstar - wired),
when ever i switch on my modem, the system gets restarted continuously.

can somebody suggest how to rectify it.

what happens if you leave the modem on and boot up your computer...
