Moving Bookmarks and Links

Hello,

I just upgraded my OS from xp to Windows 7. I want to move my old bookmarks and links(on the menu bar firefox) into my windows 7 firefox. How can I do that?
I have my old hard drive that has the bookmarks and links in xp.

Go HERE to backup your FireFox bookmarks and then save them to your Windows &. After backup then import the list to your new Firefox. Let us know how it works for you.
