Mod- and CD room problem

I have two problems for you! My first problem is that I know I have a mod on my game, cod2. But I cant find it in my folders... This makes alot of problems for my so please help.

The second problem is that I cant uninstall the game either because my my CD- "room" doesnt show in " my Computer".
So I'm looking for an answer to: 1- how can I find the mods and delete them?
2- how can I fix the CD "room" problem?

Any help is usefull.
