I'm not sure whether I'm in the right building here or not....apologies if not...

Would be really grateful if anyone could help with this....as i know next to nothing about PC's...

I was hapilly surfing for hours the other day, then turned everything off as normal. A couple of hours later tried to go back on the web, only to get the gumff that says 'unable to display the web page'.

I cant open Norton Internet Security 2009

I cant open Malwearebytes

If i go into Properties of the page, the URL says "res://ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff.htm"

Now, I can only get onto the web via Safe Mode With Networking or via my phone.

Also, i can't perform a System Restore, because the 'Next' button does nothing.

Would be grateful for any replies / help....Thanks.
