CD/DVD storage capacity to clone hard drive

Nope not going to happen. To do something like you want you need to create a image backup of your drive.
Acronis is one such program. Another would be using a Linux Live CD with a program called Partimage.
This would create a Image or ISO of your partition and compress it down to a 700 meg file which would then fit on a cd media.
