Rapidly Depleting Hard drive

Hi,

Hoping I can get some help. About two hours ago now my hard drive was 8.88 GB. In under an hour it dropped to 6.91, bumped back to 8.89 and started dropping again. I have no programs open (Just defrag to watch the hard drive space drop and task manager).

I'm trying to run the programs suggested in the malware guide, but my net won't connect on that desktop and i'm having to use a different computer to type. I downloaded the programs and am fighting to get them to install via a usb drive.

Any tips would be appreciated.
