Spyware problem

I need some help. My computer was infected with some spyware. I had a spyware remover already on my computer and there was one in my anti-virus program also I ran both of these to try and remove the problem. I did get some of the infections gone. I restarted my computer and now It will get to the welcome screen where you pick a user you click it starts to open the desktops and them stops and goes back to the welcome screen I have no idea what to do can someone please help me?
