I followed steps 1-3 in the guide and I am 100% fixed. I have just finished re-installing a new virus protection. Thanks a million. (I hope I did this post correctly. I just wanted to let you know it worked.

Please help me. I have not seen where it indicates which account to log in under to solve issues. Do I need to log into the account with the most problems or is the administrator account sufficient?
