hello, I just spent the week removing malware from my computer with one of the excellent techs on this site and all the viruses seemed to be removed sucessfully, except somewhere in the middle of the process something happened to my computer. when ever I right click pretty much any file or program icon, the hourglass pops up for 10 seconds and then I get this window-

Attached File  Right_click.bmp   293.8KB   191 downloads

then I just click close and then then a debug window pops up and I click close on that then my screen goes blank except for my desktop background then in a few seconds everything loads back up...I have no idea if this is malware related since there is no other symptoms of malware on my computer

Also there has been a strange file resideing on my desktop for a long time...it's suspicous and I have no idea how it got there, its a docx file and the title is hello hello hello... Attached File  HELLO.bmp   110.27KB   180 downloads

and Ive tried to remove it in every way (manual delete, forced removal softeware) but nothing works...If anyone can solve my problems I would be very greateful! happy holidays and thankss

For your latter problem, I have left some more instructions in your Virus Removal topic

Hopefully a tech can fix the first issue though
