SQL Querie in Web Developer 2008

Need some suggestions on how the sql SELECT statement will be on the following problem:

1 table employees information
2 table training records

Display in a GridView the employee information and ONLY the training docz he is certified on. All the records

What fields would I need?
What relationships?
A third table?
