I'm not sure what to do here. I got an error saying my security was at risk, then all this stuff popped up about chin09.WIN. I tried running malwarebites but it wouldn't launch and said some error had occured. I tried to download spybot but an installation gives me BSOD and crashes my computer. The other programs I've tried don't launch.

I tried safemode, nothing launches. I can't install or launch my software and I don't know what to do! Google searches are giving me nothing... I'm so nervous and lost!
