Hi First Ever Post :)

Im Wanting To Purchase A New Video Card Here Is My Spec At The Mo:

- AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4000+
- 2.11 GHz Performance
- NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM) (GeForce 6150SE nForce 430)
- Cd/Dvd- ASUS DRW-1814BL ATA Device
- 3gb Ram

Can I Go Out And Buy Any Kind Of New Video Card?? Even If Its A Few Years Newer Than Mine?

I Dont No To Much About Video Cards.

It's a standard Asrock board, any PCI Express card would be fine.
That's an old board though and you do run the risk that newer cards will be faster than the rest of the system so you may find you end up having to replace the entire lot for satisfactory performance.

That being said, this card is slightly more expensive but it's new (Mapin B grade is otherwise known as refurbished, end-of-stock, ex-display, stuff other people have sent back for whatever reason) and it's just as good as the one you've linked to:
