Hello everyone or anyone who is good with Hijack This! This is the first time I ran this report and I'm not quite sure what is good or bad and what to do about it. I would greatly appreciate it if someone would analyze this report and make suggestions to me as to what to do. My puter is running slow for one but ran this scan because I was unable to unzip a video file and never had problems before. Plus, I'm with Charter paying for 10Mg down and 2Mg up but am one of many affected by their DOCSYS project which is causing much frustration. I am disabled and use my laptop an awful lot and it's just so aggravating to do anything online because not only is it extremely slow, it constantly resets itself. I thought maybe using Hijack This which I've heard about might help increase some speed, but after running it, I don't quite know what to do with the information. Appreciate any help.
