I have followed the instructions in this topic and this topic also but I am still having problems. The error message has went away, and I believe I have deleted all the files that I need to have deleted. I have run CleanUp!, Hoster, CWShredder, SpywareBlaster, Ad-Aware, SecurityTaskManager, and HJT, but it won't let me change my desktop settings still. The " Display Mode " option is gone, and though I choose a new background, it will not appear. I'm posting my HJT log, so hopefully someone can help. Thanks in advance.

I had to have IE running so I would not lose my post here. If this is a problem, I will gladly re-post another log. Thanks.
