- when I start up, I get "cannot load consolidated resources.dll
- tried to uninstall Cyberdefender - it won't let me; sends me to a sight to contact them
- Firefox and IE close when I download anything such as pics, PPS, .wmv

This all started when my USB ports would not work. I asked you and uninstall/installing them worked.

I have Vista Basic, SP2, and Norton Antivirus.

I followed your directions in your guide. When I got to ERUNT, it seemed to work except it gave me several errors on saving files (about 6-7) and showed RegCreateKeyEx 5.

MBAM seemed to work.
Did the Rootkit and OTL.

Your directions said to post and not attach logs but not sure if I do that now or when you ask. Do I post inside this message?

Thank you
