Hi Everyone,

Im in the market for a new Media Center PC. I am looking to be able to record HD show while watching tv...I think this requires 2 tuners not sure?

I am going to be Ripping BR.

Anyone have any ideas and specs on to get me started?

I want to spend no more than 1,000.
