Screen resoultion problem..help!

Can someone please inform me on how to fix this proble, A friends puter has gone out, and I am giving him my old one, it works great except I can not change the screen resoultion from 640 X 480, also it is stuck on Medium color (16 bit)...never had this problem with it but now I have a LCD flat screen, it worked perfect with my old monitor but its long gone. I can disable the Intel graphics controller and the LCD works, but in the big mode. Here is the Belarc for my old Pentium 3:

Also, it has Intel Graphics Controller 82815, which I have to disable or monitor is real bad with jumping pic, etc.
