Pleas Help ASAP! Trojan-Spy.html.c Smit Fraud

I have had to reinstall my XP Operating System twice now and the last time, I purchased the McAfee Red Zone Suite for full protection. Everything has been working great, but the other day when I started my computer, my desktop background was blue and had the error message: Error: 0028:C0011E36 v x d vmm (01) + 00010E36 Trojan-Spy.html.c Smit Fraud

My internet browser does not even work and I have tried scanning my computer with lavasoft S&E. I am so frustrated because I do not want to have to reinstall my operating system, can someone please respond with some ideas! I have paid way too much for DELL, McAfee, and Best Buy Spyware support and all resulted in having to reinstall my OS.
