Itunes could not connect to the itunes store

Had norton removed by a norton representative via remote access.
Can access itunes store on a different connection.
but still can't access it at home on this new laptop running vista.... which can access it on a different connection. idk.... this is frustrating. i'll be checking in every morning about 7-8 EST time. to see if anyone can help me. lol here is the latest diagnostic from itunes:
