How do I install this on a new PC?

i purchased windows 7 from the digital river ultimate steal.
i downloaded the .iso disc image they provided.
i had a PC built from scratch and i'm wondering how i get this installed on there.
do i just burn the disc image on a DVD and pop it in?
do i need make it a bootable DVD? how do i make a bootable DVD correctly with NERO?
i am running NERO 6 ultra edition.

Yes, burn the iso using Nero's disk image burning wizard or option(s) onto a blank DVD just like any other.

In order for your computer to boot from the disk, go into the bios and switch the 1st boot up type to disk. Save the changes and restart the computer with the DVD in the drive, you should get the installation window for the OS.
