It seems your USB are being overloaded somehow. This could be a sign of a failing MOBO.
How old is the motherboard?
Is it still under warranty? How about the keyboard and mouse, how old are they?
Our options for a problem are getting smaller and smaller. Since you have installed twice I take it that was a format and install and not just a repair installation the second time?
If it was then we really need to look at the motherboard as being the root of the problem.

The motherboard is brand new, so is the Mouse and keyboard.

Ok i just looked under the hood of the PC, I read some issues with RAM and the DP55WB motherboard, so I removed the RAM from DUAL Channel to single channel for now and ran some tests....everything worked fine, i transfered a bunch of large files from my External and plugged in more USBs while this was happening and everything worked out.

I guess my mobo doesnt like to play with DUAL Channel...

Excellent detective work Dioo :) :)
Let's run with this for a bit. Try using the system for a couple of hours with just one stick of memory. Let us know how it works. Then we can work on the memory issue if it does work correctly.
Again great detective work.

Haha, thanks man, wouldnt have gotten here without all your help! By the way, what i meant was, instead of Dimm1 and 2 being in alternate slots, i placed them both side by side, so now they are in slot 0 and 1 respectivly, rather than 0 and 2 (dual channel mode).

So far so good.

Well well well, seems the problem was hardware-related after all :) I would never guess that MOBO causes USB drivers to malfunction however. You did some good work, man! :)

Let me ask are your memory slots color coded?
Are two of them like yellow and two of them black?

Hmm strange
But it's working so let's see what happens for a couple of hours. If it makes it that long it would be a great improvement on what has been going on right?
