i have a compaq presario v2600 laptop... i was using it one day and the screen just went blank and couldnt see nothing... the on button is light up and there are 2 little lights that will flash and the fana nd cd drive will work but cant see nothign on the screen and they mother board was replace what else could be wrong with it ??? help please

Try a external monitor plugged into the system. Do you get video then?
If so then the screen has died. If not then I would look at the motherboard as the problem. How long ago was the motherboard replaced?
Is it still under warranty?

still nothing and the mother board was replace yesterday... what about the video part could it be bad?

If the video is bad then again it would be the motherboard as the video on a laptop is onboard so no way to replace it.
