Reformatted Comp and My Windows Key Invalid!

I just did system recovery on my eMachine cause it had way to much junk. backed up everything, but now its says my product key is invalid. Keeps giving me 30 days to activate windows then it wont let me log on. bought it from eMachine so it should be a legit windows.
