Everything was fine until about a week ago when I started noticing that everything I watched online wasn't right. Like, the person in the video would say something, but it could not be heard until several seconds after they said it.
It does it on every site I've tried, including youtube.com

Is there any way to fix this?
What could have caused this?

Most online (streamed) video clips are are in 'flv' format (flash video), played through the flash player plugin installed on your pc. All I can suggest is that you install the latest version of the flash player.

Also try playback with different web-browsers as it may be a browser problem.
