Also, my braodband connection was severed and I have been unable to get it back. ALL THE HELP I CAN GET is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks guys!

I am new to this forum and need help. I have to access the internet from another machine. My affected machine will not make an internet connection. I am extremely frustrated and am anxious to get help. I know that someone here can help.
