HDD Array Messed Up (Boot problem)

When I turn on my computer, it makes two quick beeps, and doesn't start. I hit reset, and it boots up fine. It's been working that way since I switched out my old hard drive for a new one.
I think it's something to do with the array, but I don't understand it at all.

Take a look at your bios\cmos you may have a setting wrong or your cmos battery may be getting low and it's not holding settings
