I installed XP Pro on a Dell PC. (basically bringing it back to factory settings) But screen resolution is on low amd everything is way to big. I tried changing the setting under the display tab in properties, but its greyed out, which means its the video drivers yes? I also went to hardware/device manager and tried to fix it there but the "display adapter" thing isnt there...

someone also had this problem posted below...
http://www.geekstogo...g...&pid=525650

im no good with computers, and again, im guessing its the video card not being installed. if so, how do I install it, where do I find it, etc, etc. I may need step-by-step help to get this fix, sorry for any inconvenience.

Thank you for any kind of help, it is really appreciated, I really need this problem fixed.

Hi kesckid89 and welcome to Geeks to Go

What is the service tag number on the computer?
It is located on the bottom on a laptop and the side or back on a desktop.

With that info we can go to Dell and get the drivers.
