oh ok, sorry i had no idea. most of my programs do say that i can as long as i dont sell the product, i will work on this as soon as i can, no one can download anything anyways, so i think its ok to wait a little bit (im not home) most of these programs are ok to give away, i didnt see anything like that on the programs listed above.

you're incorrect...just because it's free doesn't mean it's ok for you to host the file (in general..i.e. MOST of the time it's actually NOT ok for you to host files like this)

thats not what i mean. what i mean is that when you go to install the program it gives you permission, of there will be a "readme.txt" that will give you permission. i know that i have the right then.

just to make sure you understand, when you install it it will show you the "terms and conditions". that is where it normaly gives permission.

the EULA (end user license agreement) gives you the RIGHT to install the software and use it within the confines of the EULA's policy (i.e. you can use it for personal use but not corporate use, or you can use it to do X action but not Y action) it does NOT (i repeat NOT) give you the right to distribute it (unless it SPECIFICALLY STATES that you have the right to distribute the software)

you need to send an email to the owners of these applications and ask for permission to host their files. I can assure you with relative ease that they'll tell you no.
