I am so happy i had the forsaken virus that i have seen mentioned here time and time again. Thanks to reading the steps your staff gave to others i was able to get it removed and now my pc is back to its normal capacity.. Thanks so much for all you do. I know to me it is a real blessing to have a place like this for computer support on issues otherwise we would be so lost. Thanks again to you all.. Hugs Teresa
