I have a One Touch by Maxtor (120 GB) external hardrive, next to me, that cannot be read by Windows Explorer, but can by my Device Manager. When trying to get into the propterties of the drive (right click & click properties) it won't let WE respond.

It's not only this computer but most likely any computer, Any help?
