adminastrator problems

i have installed a new program on my computer and it says that i need to have adminastrator privliages and when i go to control panel it says that my account is an adminastrator and when i try to run the program as adminastrator a message comes up saying i dont have adminastator privligaes please help! i am using windows 7

Having an Administrative account is not the same as running Administrator.
What program have you installed?

it is a game called the witcher and it is the only program that says im not the adminastrator and i right clicked it and said run asw adminastrator
