Like I said I can't access my RAM speed through my BIOs and i was wondering if there is any other way to access these controls.

are you not able to access the settings at all, or is the first setting on "by SPD" and the rest are greyed out?
if on by SPD, that means it is auto sensing. change that, and the rest will become available for tweaking.

there isn't any auto setting to shut off so that i can access it. Although i can access CPU speed and PCI-E speed.

by the way, could anyone let me know how the PCI-E speed effects overclocking my system?

Don't the new BIOS from Dell and other retail companies disable access to the RAM Speed, and etc.?

You will have to list your full system specs maybe we can find a manual and have a look,

Or the name brand, model name and model number of the computer

i dont believe pci-e affects overclocking. most bios have fsb overclock capabilities in which case the ram clock should also be accesable as they run together.
