I realize this problem is very common on this site but I also have this problem. i have an acer netbook laptop that does not have a cd drive. So i cant put in CD roms in my laptop. People have talked about a system rescue disk on USB but i have no idea. do i need a CD for system rescue? i have tried safe mode , last good configurations.
