I also was given the warning worm.win32.netsky. This came at the same time that one of my sons had mistakenly downloaded the internet security 2010 pop up. I thought it was all part of the same. I managed to get rid of the internet security malware, and I thought that win32 pop up was part of it. apparently not. My son tried turning on the laptop the other day and nothing. My desktop and windows wont even load. I cant even log in on safe mode to use my antivirus programs or my malwarebytes scan.

what should I do?
