Hi,

Welcome to GeekstoGo :)

Please can you do the following for me:

  • On the Windows desktop, click START then click RUN
  • In the run command box type DxDiag and click OK
  • Now click Yes in the DirectX Diagnostic Tool dialog box
  • Once the diagnostic is complete, as indicated by the meter bar in the lower-left portion of the diagnostic tool, select the “Save All Information” button on the “System” tab
  • Save the file to your desktop
  • In your next reply click the Choose file button under where you type your reply
  • Find the report you just saved and click Open
  • Then click the green Upload button
If you don't have a Run box in your start menu:
  • Rick click the start button
  • Click Customise
  • Scroll down the list until you see an entry that says Run Command
  • Place a tick in the box next to it and click OK
