I'm 100% positive I'm infected with some form of spyware, sadly.
I've been screenshotting pictures of my desktop to show the pop ups to you guys but every time I open Paint or Photoshop to paste them and save them to put up to show you guys, it says "Application cannot be executed. The file is infected. Please activate your antivirus software." so I can't.

I've even tried doing a HiJack This scan but right after I click Scan it says something about not having access to the host file or something.

Can anyone help me PLEASE? I want my computer to be normal again.
