False Wallpaper with multiple trojans (Your system has been infected)

So, I'm probably like alot of people on this forum who has accidentaly gotten a virus that changes the wallpaper. Mine changes color every time I look at it and has a black box in the middle. Right now it's a weird aqua-green color. Specificaly this:Posted Image

I've looked around and I've tried to do what they've recomended for nearly simmalar cases, but none have worked. I ran SUPERAntiSpyware and it found about 93 trojans and quaritined them. I think mbam found a few and would delete them, but not all of them. Windows defender found one and deleted it.

I'd really apreciate if someone could help me with this.
