network sharing files printer folders

I use to be able to use my network and then it stopped working getting the following error message. I can see the computers and the shared files and folders but when I try to access them I get the following error message: same error message if i use xp

\\cameron\my documents is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if our have permissions.

Not enough server storage is available to proces this command.
