I noticed on my external hard drive a new folder called recycle popped up. I can't delete. My desktop recently came under the attack of some trojan/malware.

When I click on the folder these two subfolders pop up.
s-1-5-21-106284298-1767777339-682003330-1004
s-1-5-21-854245398-1482476501-725345543-1004

Is there a way for me to delete it from my external hard drive?
