Hi, all, I was trying to uninstall my Canon camera Zoom browser (can't open) but it kept telling me the code "error 1324, path is invalid". I've read many articles and spent the last 3 hours trying to solve this but still unable to. My OS is XP. I want to uninstall this program completely and then install it again. Here is a little more info. I installed the program on the laptop C-drive and also use the external hardrive for the pictures. Could this be causing the invalid keys. Thanks for the help.

If Revo Uninstaller does not work, try simply installing the Canon software without uninstalling the previous installation. That may fix the problem you're having with it.

To answer your last question, it's very unlikely that installing the software on one drive and putting your pictures on a different drive would cause any problem at all.
