If it is indeed a problem with the PSU the only way to fix it is to replace the PSU. This could be a sign of a failing PSU and we have seen where they actually burst in sparks if they overload. This could in turn damage even more inside the system.
MOBO, CPU and Memory.
Not something you would want to take lightly.

PSU voltages are within ATX specs. The temps are the main concern I see. If you haven't followed the following instructions yet, please do so even if you have another program for controlling fan speeds.

Please download and install EVGA Precision from here. (Click on the Download (America) or Download (Europe) link, then scroll down and click on I Agree.)

Run EVGA Precision. On the right side, you should see Fan Speed and, beside it, an Auto button. Click the Auto button so that it is no longer selected, then change the Fan Speed to 100%. Now, go to the left side, and on the bottom, click Apply.

Note that you will need to redo this every time you restart your computer unless you check "Apply at Startup".

it still crashes with the fan at 100%

I have no idea what it could be
my guesses would include:
-power supple
-virus
-something to do with my multiple monitors (i can't remember it crashing without the 2nd monitor, however i have had them for a long time)

hmm just a thought but a second power will require much more power right? so maybe its drawing too much power to the graphics card

Well since you mentioned it then let's check it out for a virus. I highly doubt it but lets make sure.

I suggest you go to the Malware Removal and Spyware Removal Forum and run all the steps located in the
START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own.
If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post the reguested logs in THAT forum.
If you are unable to run any of the tools then start a new topic in the malware forum and put this in the subject line...I am unable to run any malware tools

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).

ok i'll try that when i have some time

i've also got another idea for testing if its got something to do with the hdd (virus or whatever), I got my hdd from my old computer, its got nothing on it except for the OS, if I install a game on it and play it for a while it might narrow the problem down.

Just before I go pulling out stuff:
Is it bad to just pull out the hard drives i got in now (2 satas) and put it the blank one (ide) like is their any chance of losing files or whatever?

If you have a IDE drive and put it in you should not have to take any other drives out since they are SATA as you said. The connection is different so they don't use each others connections.
The problem is if there is a infection it would be on the main OS drive most likely. Doing what you are suggesting would not clear the main drive of the possible infection.
I suggest going to the malware forum and follow the instructions I posted to make sure if it is a active infection you are fighting.

If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it probably is a duck.

The diagnostics we've run show that the system is overheating. The symptoms the user is experiencing are typically symptoms of overheating. Thus, we can conclude that the most likely source of these issues is overheating.

slain4ever, you need to go into the BIOS and increase the CPU fan speed to 100%. Since different motherboards have different BIOSes, you will need to let us know what motherboard you have if you need help navigating the BIOS. You should do this in addition to increasing the GPU fan speed to 100% with the steps I outlined here.

Increasing the CPU fan speed will not void your warranty.

To increase your CPU fan speed:
To enter the BIOS, repeatedly tap Delete while your computer is turning on.
Once in the BIOS, use the arrow keys to navigate to the Power tab on the menu.
Once there, go down and select Hardware Monitor.
Then, go down to CPU Q-Fan Control and change it to Enabled.
Then, change the CPU Fan Profile to Turbo.
Hit F10 on your keyboard to save and exit.

You should also take care of those viruses, but I doubt that will help the problems you have described in this topic.

1500 infections?????
You really need to have the malware techs go through your system and check for deep rooted problems.
