Ok you have a spyware problem, I had this one as well..... is there a thing called p2pnetwork.exe on your comptuer? If so, REMOVE it. I'll look for something on the internet about this cause I did come across something for this and I will post it up here.

Hey I pulled this one out of a site that I was looking into for you in google.

I really hope this helps.

Can you run regedit or msconfig from Start | Run? If not this is
indicative of malware. There are several that can cause this including:

W32.Spybot.Worm
http://securityrespo...pybot.worm.html

W32.Klez.Worm
http://[email protected]

W32.Yaha.Worm
http://[email protected]

Run all AV scans in safe mode. One option is to run Trend Micro's
Sysclean. Download Sysclean and the Sysclean signature file. Delete
the temporary internet files, turn off system restore, boot into safe
mode and run it. Then run your regular AV scan. Boot back into normal
mode and run a full AV scan with your normal AV program. Then turn
system restore back on.

Also see Kelly's site: http://www.kellys-ko...m/xp_tweaks.htm
Line 51, "Enable the Task Manager"

See the beginning of the page for info on running the edit.
