cpu_led light is red

I just recently put together a new computer. When I first put it together, it worked fine. I then moved it to school (in a box with Styrofoam) and when I tried to turn it on it would turn on, I'd see the red cpu_led light on, and then it would turn off and restart itself. It just remained in this cycle, and it took about 15 seconds for the whole process. I took it all apart last night and put it back together and it appeared to work. This morning it was back to restarting itself though. I am by no means a genius at this stuff so all help is appreciated. My parts are as follows.
