WINDOWS 7 and the "libraries" window!

I have an issue with windows 7. everytime i turn on my laptop, the "libraries" window opens. if i close it, it will in a few seconds re open. I finally resize the window small and everytime it pops up ill just click off it and keep using my computer. I will look on my taskbar and have i know at one time 10 to 15 of these libaries windows open! it is driving me crazy. I cant find an answer on the net, i am very sure it is not a virus. please help?

This has started happening to me too now - does anyone have any ideas?
